Switch up your tone stack for a different flavor





Like the classic Dirty Little Secret, this Sweetwater Exclusive Gold Edition has two distinct tonal profiles that you can experiment with. Inside the housing of the pedal, you’ll find its first secret ? the SL (Super Lead) /SB (Super Bass) mode switch. The pedal ships from Catalinbread in Super Lead mode, and we recommend that you experiment with it before you put it onto your pedalboard. Once you’ve got a handle on the blistering high-gain tones of SL mode, unplug the pedal and open up the back to slide over to SB mode. Super Bass mode reconfigures the EQ and provides in-between gain levels. The SL/SB switch is like having two gain pedals in one!





Tweaked EQ tone circuits





Unless you’ve never seen a Dirty Little Secret, it’s common knowledge that the 3-band EQ is much more than it seems. The tone controls are configured differently in SL/SB mode and each control directly impacts the dynamics of the other controls. This edition of the Dirty Little Secret has a slightly different EQ that’s much more hi-fi than its predecessor. Your tone will be clearer than ever before and retain the same precision tweaking ability. Since each tone knob has its own personality, you’ll find it incredibly fun to dial in new tones and discover the scandalous secrets hidden in this pedal.
